It’s done. It’s not like anything I’ve done before, but Andy Skinner’s blog challenge is Bold and Bright so I had to give it a go …

bold n bright

So what have I used? Well, it’s all DecoArt; Media Fluid Acrylics, Modelling Paste, Crackle Glaze and Antiquing Cream, Media Matte Medium, Media Ultra-Matt Varnish … and Andy Skinner stamps and stencils. I hope you like it – let me know what you think.

(PS – close ups in the next post … )

What I think is…. it’s just STUNNING. Your colors are so comforting, cheerful and peaceful. My favorite part is the swirl with the clock inside. May Paris forever stand – strong and beautiful – that’s what I think when I see your BRIGHT AND LOVELY artwork. j.

Thank you! I’m usually a bit neat and tidy with my style, but I love the ‘freedom’ in Andy’s and Tracy W’s designs and wanted to get some of the same in to mine.
Thanks for taking the time to comment.

I love Paris, and your make (a postcard?…) is very beautiful using these bold and bright colours, perfect here!!! I really love the light around the eiffel Tower… Great use of this mask from Andy Skinner. Thank you for leaving a comment on my blog too Kim!
    Good luck to you 🙂
